Workforce Manager Location: Cracow Job summary: The core responsibility of Workforce Manager will be to organize globally and locally required resource capacity and capability upon forecast from a Project Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for global work force management and for staffing of information systems (IS) projects and IS solutions. You will also collaborate with internal resource owners and Vendor Managers to build and manage internal & external capacity and capabilities. As an Workforce Manager you will: Be responsible for Workforce Management and staffing of information system (IS) projects and solutions as well as support recruitment/selection, performance management and training and development of the IS workforce; Determine the proper resources forecast in the short, medium and long term and effectively manage correct resource allocation based on the project portfolio and Build Change releases; Contribute to the definition of actions along with other work force managers to continuously improve the workforce planning and allocation processes; Be responsible for the satisfaction with Workforce Management by validating expectations, taking actions to close gaps On request, support training and development of a centralized pool of IS employees, by providing input to training plans; Support recruitment/selection and performance management of the IS workforce; Define and set standards for Workforce Management methods and quality assurance as well as ensure compliance with any other IS Standards; Build and maintain good relationships with business managers. Requirements: At least 3-4 years’ of workforce management experience, preferably, within Supply Chain or Talent Acquisition areas; knowledge of Information Systems (IS) would be an added value; Substantial experience in Project Management, including demand management, portfolio planning and project support globally within international and also virtual environment; Proven experience in managing 3rd party providers and internal & external senior stakeholders; Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other Departments, vendors, and outside agencies, including being sensitive to professional ethics.
