We are seeking a technical expert in wireless communication and RF hardware design. Our current portfolio includes wireless LAN, switching, security appliances, mobile device management, collaboration, and security, all centrally managed through our cloud dashboard.  We’re always on the lookout for our next portfolio expansion to further streamline and simplify the IT experience.

Our Hardware Program Managers lead all products and control every aspect of creation. From architecture and initial sketches through detailed design and the final drive to mass and sustaining production, nothing escapes the HWPM’s sphere of influence and responsibility. Duties: 
- Wireless silicon vendor engagement and planning technology roadmap
- Develop architecture, author PRDs and lead RFQs for new products
- Control product schedule through NPI, coordinating cross functional teams such as software, sourcing, mechanical, certification and quality
- Develop manufacturing flow, test plan and quality standard
- Work with product management, supply chain, and marketing to coordinate launch plan.
- Cooperate with quality and sourcing through sustaining production. Lead FA as required.

Requirements: 
- BS and/or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, Wireless/analog design focused is a plus
- 5+ years experience working with RF and/or hardware products, familiar with 802.11 based platforms
- Have track record of successful end to end product development
- Minimum 2 years experience working with Asia based manufacturers 
- Able to travel up to 20% to Taiwan and China

Nice to Have:
- Experience developing enterprise wireless LAN products
- Good knowledge of Analog and RF design, familiar with wireless test requirements/tools for NPI and production
- Familiar with manufacturing process and managing Asia manufacturers
