Warehouse Logistics Analyst

Job Description

The Warehouse Logistics Analyst will be a key member on the Vietnam Logistics team. You will be tasked to manage various business support functions to help support and enable a smooth operation of both Raw Materials and/or the Finished Goods warehouse operations.

  • Key business support functions includes inventory management processes, lot storage model definition and management, to be trained as the super user of key warehouse systems and tools, and also taking the lead as the site control champion for the team, to help put in place robust biz processes and to coordinate and support various internal auditing events.
  • To ensure 3PL contractor meeting all Intel standard requirement and compliance to Intel Safety, Quality, Control and Operational Standards at all times.
  • Assist and support various local and regional working groups or projects.
  • Respond to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur.
  • Warehouse operations processes and control.
  • Support Logistics internal and external customer needs.
  • Facilitate and develop problem-solving solutions, and process improvement.
  • Support 3PL related administration that inclusive of PO/Shopping Basket, CW policy, training etc.
  • Project participation and support. BKM sharing with colleagues and VF counterparts.
