What You'll Do

* Lead annual benefit renewals for medical, life and accidents insurance benefits and other benefit vendor contract renewals in line with the benefits strategy

* Accountable for governance of company retirement plans in accordance with local legislation

* Ensure benefit offerings are in compliance with local legislation and corporate guidelines/policies

* Continually review market trends and recommend appropriate benefit alternatives or improvements to the benefit plans, including improvements to systems, processes

* Consult to HR and management on country benefits and market trends

* Develop annual budget and monitor throughout the year

* Partner with GBS and local HR partners to develop benefits communication strategy and content

* Participate in Global and Regional Projects

You will also collaborate with cross functional team members on common goals.

Who you are

* 8-10 years of benefits experience

* Effective English verbal and written skills

* Facilitation/presentation expertise

* Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix HR organization, as well as cross functionally

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Vendor and broker management experience

Desired Skills

* Asia Pacific Benefits experience

* Strong collaboration skills and experience driving initiatives from innovation/exploration stage to implementation

* Knowledge of local programs, plans and regulatory requirements

* Facilitation/presentation expertise

* Project management experience
