What You'll Do The Service Provider Business Unit, Product Operations team in Cisco's Supply Chain Organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Test Development Engineer to help support next generation of network equipment.  In this role, you will be responsible for the following: * Engage with engineering team to gain in depth system hardware knowledge for new product * Develop relationship with the business unit hardware and software engineers. * Provide Design for Testability analysis and collaborate with the design team, influencing where needed, to achieve a product which will meet 6-sigma goals within 6 months of First Customer Shipment (FCS). * Develop and implement the Manufacturing Test process.  Where necessary, write the test code, otherwise manage appropriate resources to fulfill deliverable of a fully functional automated Manufacturing Test process. * Identify and apply DFx standards * Analyze, troubleshoot and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes * End-to-End test development including custom manufacturing platforms (MTP) where applicable.  Who You'll Work With Our team works with HW and Software development teams for defining and developing strategy for testing networking products in the manufacturing. The High End Router platform team is responsible for enabling innovative ways of product testing the most advanced networking gear in the industry for quality, cost, and scalability. You have a unique opportunity to join this innovative test development engineering team and shape the product design for test and manufacturing.  Who You Are * You will need the following required skills: Bachelors of Science - Electrical Engineering with 3+ years' experience or equivalent. *  PCB  board level and system level testing methodology *  Test Platform experience;  Python programming skills. * Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills * Create and review test plans * Ability to understand system design and functionality through hardware specification and schematics *  Self-motivated, willing to manage day-to-day tasks with minimal direct supervision. *  Travel occasionally required -both domestic and international. *  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
