Temporary Relocation Consultant

Job Description

Responsible for the development, communication, and delivery of U.S. relocation and temporary assignment programs. Acts as consultant to staffing, human resouces and operations management in the formation and implementation of relocation offer packages. Other responsibilities may include the following: manages special relocation projects such as group moves, delivers training to management staffs on relocation guidelines, cost containment programs, and processes. Interprets corporate HR policies with regard to resolving relocation issues. Interfaces with functional operations that support relocating employees, i.e. Payroll, Tax, Accounts Payable. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

So join us-and help us create the next generation of technologies that will shape the future for decades to come.Position descriptionThe Relocation Consultant Position:Must possess a Bachelor's degree with 3 - 4 years of experience in customer service,- Experience in Project Management and People Management will be strong advantage,- Fluent English,- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, - Strong stakeholders management, - Able to work through ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility,- Able to work with management at all levels, influencing solutions and making the recommendations,- Ability to bring innovative solutions,- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in changing work environment,- Strong team player,- Problem solver. Nice to haveDemonstrated analytical, problem solving, influence, leadership and communication skills. Min 6 months of Relocation experienceDemonstrated ability to deliver results in a short time period while working in a dynamic, cross functional, team orientated environment. - Experience on supplier management and deliver services through suppliers.
