Job Description
In this position, you will be a member of geographically distributed team of engineers responsible for System Stability Testing of Intel's leading Wireless Modem products. You will be involved in development of stability test plans, definition of test coverage and scope, planning of testing execution to meet project's milestones. You will be responsible for test execution according to the plan that will include but not limited to:Engagement with Verification Project Management on scope of testing, test targets, milestone targets. Planning of capacity required space, of PC, of test devices and their versions, distribution between sites and creation of ramp up plans for all sites. Execution of ramp up plans through local site leads.Supervision of daily run plans and providing guidance on priority and volume of testing. Supervision of execution and taking ownership of complex execution issues / blockers. Driving resolution of top-hitting issues working with cross-functional tiger teams or directly with Development team teams.Preparing summaries and executive reports. Participation in customer meetings to provide in-depth status of project execution at all sites.Contributing to test methodology improvement.The job offers challenge of contributing in a fast paced execution in a technically complexity R&D environment, and we are looking for a candidate willing to meet these challenges and be part of a highly professional team.


Qualifications

Qualifications:Candidates must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job experiences. Minimum Qualifications:-You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering. -Must have at least 3 years of experience in the following: oExcellent knowledge of cellular modem standards and cellular operator specificationsoKnowledge in protocol stack and wireless communicationsoUnderstanding of RF communication principlesoExperience in SW testing and QA/ValidationoUnderstanding of SW development flow and application lifecycleoAdvanced PC user with full proficiency in Office tools -Ability to work in multi-cultural environment and under pressure-Ability to communicate to various stakeholders-Good spoken and written EnglishAdditional qualifications will be considered as advantage:oLinux and Windows system administration knowledge oGood understanding of IP networkingoKnowledge in PC hardware components and electronicsoPractical knowledge of Agile / Scrum practicesoKnowledge in Databases basicsoC++ programming
