Job Description

Provides technical support to customers and internal users of Intel’s AI products.  Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging software problems, and addressing customer inquiries.  Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to engineering team. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related field of study.

4-6 years of experience providing technical support, and:
• Familiarity with Python
• Familiarity with the Linux Environment
• Experience supporting Cloud-based products
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

Pluses include:
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Exposure to Data Science and/or Artificial Intelligence (particularly Deep Learning)
- Exposure to Data Management (e.g. Data Ingestion, Data Preparation)
- Exposure to Knowledge Centered Support (KCS)
- Documentation and Technical Writing Skills
