Description Tier 2 Technical Customer Support: Responsible for providing Customer / network operations support for AT&T’s Business VoIP services, including VDNA and Collaborate VoIP Networks.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Troubleshooting and repairing AT&T's Hosted VoIP services - Voice DNA and AT&T Collaborate

Trouble Ticket Management, including statusing and closing out

Issue triage and resolution

Ticket escalation

CISCO Certification a plus
