Be a part of the NSG Data Center Technical Marketing team driving the creation of compelling and creative messaging and positioning for the highly successful Intel Data Center SSDs. You will contribute to the efficiency of Marketing documentation by managing document creation, providing training, and assisting with implementing documentation tools across the business unit. In addition, you will contribute the Data Center Marketing team through Customer tools competitive analysis working hands on with drives in our labs and assisting with demos

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing marketing collateral through IPIX collateral management tool
  • Driving training across multiple teams and NSG to use IPIX
  • Find IPIX bugs and work with external teams to resolve/debug issues
  • Manage IPIX tool users
  • Provide competitive analysis on customer tools
  • Develop enhanced customer tools documentation/user guides
  • Run triage on customer tools hot issues prior to release
  • Review key core collateral & web content
  • Develop Q&A documents and manage a wiki page

  • Ability to work on own, manage multiple tasks and meat objective deadlines


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management or Technical Writing
  • 3(+) months of experience in Technical Communications/Technical Writing
  • Must have unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Data Center platforms and products
  • Prior internship experience
  • Knowledge of NVMe/PCIe/SATA
