Technical Customer Support

Job Description

We are looking for a strong, hands-on technical Application Engineer with excellent communication skills and customer support experience to join the emerging China Retail platform supporting team. The AE will be the major software technical contact to the customers, managing the customer projects, provide first line system level software technical support, delivering training, documentation and driving internal engineering groups for a successful customer programs.

 

Responsibility:

Support of customer issues: reproduction, debug, issue resolution, patch delivery

Support of customer development: deep understanding of customer product and requirements, new feature analysis, working with engineering team, business and product marketing to find the optimal alignment between the customers and intel plans.


Qualifications

  • 6~10 years experience in software of embedded linux system is a must
  • Experience in Linux embedded system development and linux os internals.
  • strong linux network knowledge, such as linux network protocol, firewalls, network acceleration,etc.
  • experience in wireless router development, such as data model, management software is an advantage
  • Experience in uboot, development is an advantage
  • Experience in openwrt is an advantage
  • Experience working with worldwide team is an advantage
  • Good written, verbal skills in English.
