Student for Wifi Algorithms Team

Job Description

A student job position for the Wifi modem team of the Wireless Connectivity Solutions (WCS) division. The group develops signal processing and wireless communications algorithms for the next generation Wifi products.

Students in the team are involved in algorithmic research, developing and implementing modem algorithms (receiver and transmitter) which are intended to be used in our next generation Wifi products. Students also deal with modem performance analysis and comparison between different schemes such as MIMO and Beamforming. Development is performed with Matlab and C using Unix and Windows OS.


Qualifications

M.Sc. Student of Electrical Engineering major, in the fields of Communication and Signal Processing.

Advantage for students in their first year with high average grades.
Knowledge in Matlab is an advantage.
Availability of 3 days/week.
Good level of English.
