What You'll Do
You will join the team responsible for the design, development, production, and maintenance of all Associate, Professional, Specialist (APS) and Expert certification exams within Learning@Cisco. The team is responsible for building psychometrically sound, reliable, valid, and legally defensible exams following National Council on Measurement and Evaluation (NCME) and American Educational Research Association (AERA) industry standards. Seeking innovative ways to enhance the exams while maintaining and improving exam integrity. You will lead the management of Certification accreditation by ANSI for ISO 17024.

Who You Are

 • You collaborate to form cross-functional teams with partners, product managers, subject matter experts, and marketing to move certifications through the accreditation process and maintenance. • You will partner with the Global Services Delivery Excellence (GSDE) policy and process team to ensure ISO compliance for the Certifications team. • You craft and maintain Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts in a consistent format and manner, and executes process improvement initiatives. • You handle and maintain the consistency of Department communications (processes publications, website, conferences, electronic communications, research briefs, presentations and surveys, etc.) and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. • You handle projects as assigned and assume responsibility for assessment, acquisition, process refinement and support for systems and tools.
Desired Skills
• BA/BS in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years related Testing and Certification experience required• Standards Assessment ISO 17024 experience preferred • Project management experience. • Work independently with only minimal management oversight, and exercise broad independent judgement. • Build relationships and influence at all levels with Cisco employees, partners and customers. • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to use the skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
