In this key position within our EMEA region you will be an inspiring team leader and natural people person supervising a team of recruiters dispersed across multiple locations and countries. Building a high performing team to meet the demands of a diverse mix of customers is the essence of this challenging but rewarding role. With high volume hiring ranging from sales-people to in-demand technologists you will work with customers and colleagues to develop and implement effective plans to source and hire the required talent; on budget and within agreed timeframes.



The ability to build relationships at all levels and manage an effective balance between challenge and support in everything you do is critical to your success. Cultural awareness and excellent English (written and oral) are necessary to partner with customers and stakeholders wherever they live and work.



This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with some existing people management experience within an agency, or ideally RPO or in-house corporate recruitment team. **Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Works with the Staffing Specialist (Recruiter) team to create short term and long term sourcing strategies. Develops innovative solutions to address complex staffing issues.



* Works closely as a strategic partner with clients, participates in client meetings, sets expectations with the team for sourcing strategy and execution. Reviews hiring with hiring managers and fulfillment plans for the location and tracks for execution with the team. Regularly shares market intelligence with the business and influences hiring decisions. .



* Responsible for the team's performance. Manages placement of professionals in roles/projects, based on their competencies and schedule. Team Lead who manages critical projects to achieve staffing team goals. Responsible for the fulfilment of all the requirements being supported in the EMEA region.



* As Team Leader ensures that staff members stay current on developing trends within the staffing industry. Mentors in all aspects of the recruiting field to include technology, reporting, goal setting and effective communication. Works as a first level escalation for the team.



* Receives direction and coaching through AT&T Regional Associate Director. Works without supervision and manages the work of team members. Improvises and suggests efficiency in the process. Work is reviewed for team performance and project completion periodically and on completion of milestones.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Required skills and experience:

* Solid recruitment delivery experience, ideally in a corporate ‘in-house’ environment

* Collaborative stakeholder and customer management in complex, multinational organizations a plus.

* Evidence of managing people (well) – e.g. recruiting, coaching & development, performance management.

* Direct sourcing experience, knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws in the Central & Eastern Europe region, wider European/EU/EMEA exposure a plus. Hiring trends and market insight knowledge.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

* Numerate, good analytical skills, competent with MS Office.

Level & compensation: MGR A Band.

**Education and Qualifications:**

Bachelors/Masters education preferred but not essential
