What you'll do?

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to drive the product management of our data center solution. As the industry shifts to Software Defined Networks (SDN), our solutions must be built to leverage the latest in Network Function Virtualization (NFV) technology to virtualize the data center. You will join a team that is defining this product and delivering it to market.

Additional responsibilities include the following; 

In this role as a Product Manager will be to:

Own the product road map elements and implementation for VTS (Virtual Topology System)

Builds interlock with software office, development orgs, field, finance, OPS, supply chain to drive accelerated implementation of commercialization

Source of truth for pricing practices of solution and competitive commercial practices

Presents offer to customers, field and other constituents

Delivers primary research and analysis to support efforts; builds network to leverage existing work

Drives, assists and informs TCO efforts to expedite sales and marketing efforts.

Who you'll work for?

The Global Service Provider (GSP) segment oversees global sales, service delivery, and Global Service Provider is responsible for $12.4 billion in annual sales and nearly 3000 employees. As part of GSP, the NFV BU delivers comprehensive solutions that combine software, hardware, services and service creation into one complete go-to-market solution for service providers.

Who are you? 

You are an accomplished and passionate Product Manager with a proven track record of driving the full product development life cycle and product release process. You have deep product knowledge of enterprise data center, networking and Service Provider space.

Minimum requirements include the following;

A BS/CS Degree or equivalent in addition to 10+ of industry experience with expertise in product management from product conception, product development, product release, packaging and licensing. 

Industry experience with data center, networking and software licensing 

Strong leadership and project management skills

Strong ability to resolve complex problems

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of SDN, NFV, Network Virtualization
