What You'll Do

CCTG’s Business Operations Team is responsible for supporting the SVP/GM and his executive team, in managing the overall business, by providing: business relevant insight, strategic planning, communications and operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and proactive executioner who will partner with the organization’s senior leaders and the broader x-functional teams to plan and operationalize the transformational strategy needed to take this growing cloud business to the next level.

Who You'll Work With

The candidate will work in close partnership with internal stakeholders in a global and agile environment. Focus will be in partnering with cross-functional teams, including working with finance, sales, cross BU engineering, data & analytics, and our operations partner teams to ensure effective understanding of business drivers and how to document current statuses, improve outcomes, and drive ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Manager, Business Operations plays a critical role in Run the Business, including:
  • Driving strategic initiatives, business and portfolio planning, business management processes and operations deliverables
  • Accountability for visibility to business and operational performance and serves as the primary liaison for other internal business groups
  • Responsibility for planning and executing our customer/partner EBCs for SVP/GM, including screening and prioritizing EBC meetings, executive prep and content development for internal and external meetings
  • Responsibility for project managing internal and external events involving SVP/GM
  • Partnering closely with Finance, HR and x-Operations teams to ensure targeted data and metrics available for clear/crisp accountability and streamlined decision making, ad hoc analysis and decision support
  • Partnering with corporate business partners to satisfy compliance requirements for the business
  • This position is people, data, and communications intensive; it requires excellent leadership, critical thinking, independence, organizational, data analysis and communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters’ Degree in a relevant subject. MBA a plus
  • 5 years in a related position. Minimum 10+ years overall experience preferred
  • Presently operating in a Business Operations leadership role within a leading technology or software company
  • Excellent leadership, management, strategic influencing, creative thinking, conflict resolution, and team building skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management as well as technical contributors
  • Ability to translate business objectives into goals and measurements
  • Exceptional operational command of the business, including metrics’ based goals and achievement approach
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to quickly develop and foster stakeholder relationships, and strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to quickly drive, communicate and gain support for decisions in unstructured environments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Strong presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to address and influence both executive and mid-level management audiences
  • Strategic approach to problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting abilities
  • Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter, independent, and a driver. And is detail oriented, proactive, takes initiative and highly organized; Acts with a sense of urgency.
