Job Description

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
•    Define architecture of high speed serial interface by specifying functionality and performances of required sub circuitries 
•    Define design for testability features for the high speed serial interface 
•    Set timing and power budget for the interface and for each sub circuitry 
•    Review with other analog designers actual implementation to make sure adherence to specification and overall interface targets
•    Documentation of actual implementation architecture and set targets for the interface post silicon validation
•    Keep track of KPI of high speed interfaces within portfolio and benchmark them with competitors
•    Interface to system engineer and link layer engineer to define features of actual and upcoming high speed serial interfaces and support roadmap definition
•    Interface to post silicon validation team and customer

Education & Experience: • PHD or master Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering • 5+ years of relevant experience as analog/mixed signal designer of high speed serial interfaces • 5+ year experience as High Speed Serial Interface architect is a must Required Skills: • In depth hands on design experience with at least 3 among these analog sub-blocks of High Speed Serial Interfaces: IOs, PLLs, DLLs, clock and data recovery, phase interpolators, clock distribution networks, serializer and deseriealizer, pre-emphasis & de-emphasis , calibration circuitries • In depth understanding of high speed serial interface timing, power budget and design for test ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent Team work
