Description Individual contributor as part of the Rhythm group that supports Streaming Operations within the Entertainment Group Operations Team. Individual is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and support of all Client and Head-end video streaming equipment in the Entertainment Group’s Video Streaming platforms including: DirecTV Everywhere, DirecTV NOW, DFW, Mobile DVR, Sponsored Data, NFL Sunday Ticket and U-verse streaming.



This Tier I support role is responsible for the proactive and reactive fault management of all Entertainment Group Video Streaming platforms network to maintain an exceptional level of service to all AT&T customers.



This individual will work in a 24x7 center environment and is responsible for identifying and resolving trouble via multiple network management systems and responding to reports of trouble from Customer Care, as well as other internal and external organizations.



Duties also include trouble ticket administration for tracking resolution of all operational faults on the multiple Streaming Video platforms, including faults based outside the Streaming Video platforms (i.e. content providers, field operations, or other AT&T workgroups).



This individual must coordinate and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external groups to quickly resolve issues.



Requirements



+ Practical understanding of streaming concepts

+ Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to use multiple Monitoring and Control tools including: DBOSS, New Relic, Conviva, Adobe/Omniture/IMAP, Splunk, App Dynamics, Dataminer, DMACS, ICT, Perfecto Client, Nagios, Ineoquest, IDS, iOS/Android/Roku/Web devices

+ Ability to partner with multiple workgroups in a rapidly evolving environment

+ Flexibility to work all shift in a 24x7 work environment

+ 1-2 years’ work experience in broadcast or related field preferred
