Location: Mexico City, MEX

Description Assists in administrative responsibilities in the Shared Service Centers. Potential shift work across call center operational window in support of Intraday operations and attendance management and reporting.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Works in support of call center operations as member of WFM management team. Manage attendance and reporting for approximately 150-200 service representatives, Manage attendance recognition, work with HR on special cases, ie. critical illness cases as well as terminations.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Advanced excel skills as well as all other Microsoft Office systems. Previous supervisory experience required. At least 2 years call center experience required. Previous attendance management experience not required but desired. Deep understanding of call center environment, desirable experience with NICE IEX Totalview WFM and CMS Avaya.



**Education and Qualifications:**

Desired Excel Certification



**Additional Information:**

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
