What will you do

·       As an Anyconnect Escalation engineer, you will be handling sensitive customer escalations and work closely with Engineering in  troubleshoot, debugging, different areas of the Anyconnect Software Agent including Posture, Compliance, Remediation, VPN, Dot1x etc., features.

·       Your responsibilities include understanding the AnyConnect solution, becoming familiar with customer deployment scenarios and working to troubleshoot, assess, and reproduce customer issues.

·       You will spearhead customer success and provide the voice of the customer back to the development team to drive product and customer sat improvements.

·       Increase test efficiency and effectiveness through review of customer found issues and application of appropriate test approach, technology, tools, and innovation.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate possesses broad knowledge of many different technologies, as well as a total system perspective and a working knowledge of how networking devices interoperate. Solves complex problems at the system level.

Required skills:

·       About 4 years of strong development background in client application development on Windows, Mac OS X and/or Linux platforms.

·       Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with exposure to relevant tools and technologies.

·       Experience with network analysers and network troubleshooting tools

·       Strong knowledge of C and C++ and object-oriented methodologies.

·       Exposure to customer facing roles OR experience of working on and resolving field reported customer facing problems.

·       Excellent Network security skills with focus on AAA, Dot1x, Radius protocols, VPN, Clientless/ClientBased Posture Agents, Switching, Firewalls etc.

·       Excellent overview of AntiVirus, AntiMalware, AntiSpyware software distribution at Enterprise level.

·       Good working knowledge of Central Agent/Patch software distribution package like SCCM.

·       Superior skills in localizing problem areas and solving system wide problem.

·       Strong analytical and end-to-end problem solving skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong sense of getting to closure



Additional skills preferred:

·       Switching, L4/L7, Loadbalancing, Wireless, SDN concepts, Cisco TrustSec, Etc

·       Active Directory integration.

·       Scripting knowledge on shell, python or any other language

Experience & Education:

Bachelor degree in CS or EE plus 5-6  years relevant experience, or a MS EE/CS combined with about 4 years of relevant experience.
