Job Description

As part of Intel, we will continue to apply Moore's Law to drive the future of field-programmable gate array FPGA technology. The Programmable Solutions Group PSG has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first re programmable logic device in 1984. In order to take advantage of the many opportunities that we see in the future for FPGA's, PSG is looking for engineers to join our teams. We are looking for software engineers to join one of our research and development teams. These teams work on some of the hardest infrastructure, big data and NP-hard optimization problems around. Here, the successful candidate will be able to work as part of team solving interesting and novel problems. Topic areas include placement, routing, incremental compile algorithms, core infrastructure, timing analysis and various modeling problems.



Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and the compensation will be made accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

  •         The selected candidate must have a BS, MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  •         6+ months of experience working with C/C++.
  •         6+ months of experience working programming languages.
  •         6+ months of experience working algorithms and technical requirements.

-        For BS candidates you must have unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •         6+ months of experience with graph data structure and algorithms
