What You'll Do
In this role you will play an important part in enabling the evolution of Cisco Services and software. You will help Cisco build tremendous value in the Services we offer by engaging our customers, sales teams, and other cross-functional partners. We are seeking a Software Services Engagement and Programs Manager who is experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and building robust programs to ensure we have sound practices in compliance, asset management, and entitlement for software. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in an area vital to Cisco’s transformational shift to software that will shape the future of Cisco Services.

You are someone with a passion for excellence in creating and managing programs while working alongside many cross-functional constituents. With your experience and enthusiasm, you will ensure our initiatives are optimized and operating at full steam so we are delivering the full value of our Services to our customer and partners.
You are focused, willing to learn, adept at juggle multiple priorities, and great at getting stuff done.
Your keen business insight points you in the right business direction and you communicate effectively to all levels and across boundaries.

Our minimum requires include:
5+years' experience in services or software license compliance.
8+ years' experience in consulting, technology, or Services.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Great program management skills, ability to work with sales team, legal team and directly with the customer.
Highly adept at Powerpoint and developing presentations.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
