Job Description

Join Intel as part of the Intel Communications and Devices Group iCDG MTG Modem Hardware MHW Design Team.We are looking for experienced Synthesis/STA lead at our Bangalore Design center. In this position you will lead and contribute to the design and development of Intel's multimode cellular modem baseband 2G/3G/LTE/5G.You will be part of a talented team of engineers that takes designs from RTL to complete physical implementation, in a fast-paced technically challenging environment. You will provide technical leadership for 3-5 member team to deliver Synthesis/STA/LEC/VLCP tasks.


Qualifications

BS or MS with experience in high performance ASIC/SOC Synthesis/STA/LEC/VCLP. Strong expertise in the Synthesis at chip-level, post-layout timing closure, in leading process technologies 28nm and below. Good understanding of the low power methodologies, UPF based power methodology. Strong working experience with tools like Primetime, DC, LEC, VCLP. Strong knowledge and experience in Block-level and/or Full-chip low power design features and flows. Well versed with timing constraints, timing budgeting, post-layout STA, timing corners, sign-off methodology, high frequency clocking methodology, and timing closure. Intel flow knowledge preferred. Good automation skills in PERL, TCL, tool specific scripting would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following traits: Highly motivated technical expert with good communication and presentation skills. Good leadership skills in managing technical deliverables in Synthesis/STA/LEC/VCLP domains. Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills. Qualifications: BS or MS with 6-15 years of experience in ASIC/SOC Synthesis/STA. Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work in global environment. Good communication skills and strong motivation for customer support. Strong analytical & Problem solving skills.
