What Sidra says about being a Service Segment Advisor:
My first 2 months at Cisco were all about the Cisco basics – to my surprise, this was not just limited to the products and services that are offered, but also about the diversity, inclusion and values that make Cisco so unique. Throughout my training, I was able to network with graduates from different backgrounds, pick up on common practices from more experienced people, participate in Soft Skills training and importantly, grow to love where I work. The structure of the graduate training has really equipped me for a seamless transition into my role, I have been able to shadow experts and gain ongoing guidance from my mentor to take on new and exciting challenges.
