Job Description

PSG Engineering has challenging and rewarding opportunities in the Mission Control Office for leaders with experience leading cross-functionally and delivering silicon based products to volume production.


  • Drive tactical execution of silicon based products from initial product power-on to volume production and meet established goals
  •  Be "One Voice" in regular communication of product status/issues/risks upward and outward
  • Assess and identify risks technical and schedule and plan for contingencies
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams in resolving a wide range of challenges and completing tasks in delivering product
  • Manage contents for silicon revision and SW patch contents
  • Coordinate interactions with stakeholders in other departments to ensure smooth product release
  • Manage and resolve dependencies/conflicts between customer enablement and execution to major product milestones
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate KPIs, project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies to management and cross-functional program reviews
  • Manages programs of large may be global scope, impact and complexity through all phases of the lifecycle.
  • Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Has decision making authority at the program level.
  • Handles cross organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity usually managing a core team that manages functionally specific teams.
  • Sets direction for programs directly related to corporate policies or important business operations to meet strategic goals of significance.
  • Leads the core team and guides performance of functional teams.
  • Assigns overall tasks to others managing general areas of responsibility in support of program goals.
  • Exercises judgment and discretion to develops solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches.
  • Recommends or sets business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as appropriate. Oversees identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs assigns resources, and communicates expectations to core team members.
  • Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule.
  • Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals
  • Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met.
  • Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate.
  • Prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.
  • Influences business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals.


Minimum Qualifications

  • BSEE 9 years of experience in complex silicon based products development and roll out of complex silicon based products with visibility of the whole cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to motivate and coordinate resources across multiple departments and disciplines
  • Experience with liaising all levels of management and deliver concise message
  • Understand the entire scope for a piece of silicon to go in production
  • Experience as Project Lead - design
  • Experience as Validation lead – Post Si
