Description DUTIES: Responsible for AT&T’s Domain 1.0 (D1) and 2.0 (D2) certification and insertion of new IP Multimedia Systems (IMS) technology and changes to the network; perform support testing of IMS based Nokia network functions such as converged telephony server (CTS), Service continuity gateway (SCG), IP session controller (ISC), media resource function (MRF), subscriber data manager (SDM), lifecycle change management administration (LCMA), and centralized operations manager (COM) in support of services end-to-end; test, troubleshoot and analyze VoIP and VoLTE call flows and protocols including TCP/IP, session initiation protocol (SIP), session description protocol (SDP), Diameter, domain name server (DNS) and real time protocol (RTP); utilize tools such as Wireshark, IRIS, EXFO, and Brix to determine and document root cause of issues; troubleshoot, analyze and support testing of different IMS network functions; develop, write and update Heat Orchestration Templates (HOT templates) with scripting languages including Python, Shell, TCL/Expect for automation of cloud configuration; implement L2 and L3 Network Routing; support the planned introduction of the Universal Service Platform (USP) and the establishment of Consumer and Business VoIP service on the IMS Core; provide input into the solutions from a network reliability perspective; develop the automation scripts for Openstack Tenant Audit utilities to retrieve, identify and inventory the tenant configuration and changes on a regular basis; contribute to the network/service certification test plans and assist with assessment of technical issues founding during certification; responsible for participating in the early feasibility, planning, and design phase.



**REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in performing support testing of IMS based Nokia network functions such as converged telephony server (CTS), Service continuity gateway (SCG), IP session controller (ISC), media resource function (MRF), subscriber data manager (SDM), lifecycle change management administration (LCMA), and centralized operations manager (COM) in support of services end-to-end; testing, troubleshooting and analyzing VoIP and VoLTE call flows and protocols including TCP/IP, session initiation protocol (SIP), session description protocol (SDP), Diameter, domain name server (DNS) and real time protocol (RTP); utilizing tools such as Wireshark, IRIS, EXFO, and Brix to determine and document root cause of issues; troubleshooting, analyzing and supporting testing of different IMS network functions; developing, writing and updating Heat Orchestration Templates (HOT templates) with scripting languages including Python, Shell, TCL/Expect for automation of cloud configuration; implementing L2 and L3 Network Routing.**
