The Entertainment Group’s Advertising Team is responsible for driving consumer awareness and understanding of this transformation, making AT&T distinctive from competitors, driving both short term sales and long term value.



As Senior Manager, Media & Message Planning, you will focus on aligning advertising creative with optimal targets and media opportunities:



+ Manage the extensive Entertainment Group advertising plan of record, recommending message weights and media mix for advertising campaigns

+ Manage detailed creative rotation for television, digital, and print media plans

+ Work closely with marketing, media, and advertising creative teams to maintain a long term view of upcoming messages and creative needs

+ Become an expert in target audience profiles and media consumption habits

+ Partner with media buying team to ensure that media plans are developed and executed against campaign goals and audience profiles

+ Develop and execute TV media campaigns across DIRECTV and U-verse platforms, supporting cross-sell, upgrade, retention, and acquisition initiatives

+ Monitor media spending for third party commitments



Position Requirements:



+ 5 or more years of marketing/advertising experience, with agency experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge of media landscape, terminology, and measurement

+ Able to clearly and concisely articulate a persuasive point of view, both written and verbal

+ Self-starter with an exceptional work ethic

+ Thrive in fast paced, constantly changing environments

+ An eye for detail

+ A multi-tasker able to manage multiple things at once

+ Exceptional project/program management skills

+ Able to work with other groups and teams

+ Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred
