As Senior of Content & Business Development, you will be responsible for leading, implementing and providing complex analytical support for potential and/or executed agreements for content in support of AT&T Digital Media Group. You will also provide support for other Business Development activities related to technology, platforms and products.



Overall Purpose: Responsible for business content negotiations and strategy work related to content, contract oversight and compliance of negotiated agreements.



**The selected candidate will:**



+ Lead Business Development activities related for content, advertising and supporting technology of all Digital Media Group platforms, both current and future.

+ Conduct complex strategic market analysis, evaluates market trends, monitors competitive activity, and financial data in support of business opportunities of diverse scope.

+ Assist with defining vision, strategies, and tactics for digital content acquisition, both syndicated and original

+ Draft, negotiate and close content acquisition agreements for syndicated content

+ Assist with developing business and sales / monetization strategy of content on Digital platforms and products

+ Develop, maintain and manage day to day relationships with content partners, studios, production companies, contractors, vendors, 3rd party production entities, and technology partners

+ Provide knowledge of the internal workings of AT&T and maintains close partnerships with Legal, Finance, Global Supply Chain and other corporate organizations

+ Have a great understanding of the entertainment industry, content production and technology platforms

+ Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives and potential and/or executed transactions

+ Create presentation materials for internal approval

+ Provide staff consulting support in investigation of new programs

+ Develop and manage the content contract database used to organize and track the various content deals signed with providers

+ Confer and consult with Marketing, Finance and Product Development, to coordinate obligations with content providers



**This type of background will help to ensure your success:**



+ Prior experience (3+ years) in business development and entertainment industry, particularly Spanish content and brands

+ Negotiation and Relationship Management experience

+ Knowledge and experience with research analysis tools

+ Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to balance customer experience and economic considerations

+ Strong analytical and business acumen skills

+ Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities

+ Excellent written & oral communication coupled with presentation skills

+ Sense of urgency around deadlines and ability to prioritize

+ Demonstrated ability to plan and work through complex challenges with a team of creative problem-solvers

+ Strategic thinking and collaborative consensus building

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study

+ 5+ years’ product management or digital distribution experience

+ MBA or advanced degree
