As an account manager covering AT&T Mobility, you will enable service providers to transform the experience, transform the business and transform the architecture with cloud-based capabilities. You’ll  leverage our assets to solve our Service Provider’s critical challenges.You will have the ability to capture business opportunities created from market transitions in the Mobile Internet driving new sales opportunities for 5G, Internet of Things and next generation video. Who You’ll Work With

We have a position open to join our AT&T Mobility account team. The AT&T team works with one of Cisco's large and most strategic accounts, with key opportunities in many of the industry's most exciting technology areas: Next generation IP networks, mobility, video, cloud & virtualization, and Internet of Things. 

Who You Are

You have a strong background with selling into the mobile service provider business, executive-level communication, building customer relationships, and the ability to partner with our product development teams to align them with AT&T’s evolving mobile and video services.

Role & Responsibilities

·       This Senior Account Manager role involves positioning and promoting our mobile solutions value proposition, the development and expansion of opportunities, contract negotiation, creating new and reinforcing existing AT&T director and executive relationships.

·       The ideal candidate has experience selling to mobile service providers, possesses strategic technical knowledge, and can succeed leading cross functional teams of sales, services, engineering and product development members to win new mobile solutions.

·       This is a good opportunity to apply your sales experience working with great sales team and solutions using today’s most innovative mobile and video technologies.

·       Will be responsible for closing deals to achieve annual sales quota.

·       Develop and execute sales strategy and tactics that maximize Cisco opportunity within the customer environment

·       Along with developing sales strategy, opportunity qualification and securing customer budgets, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting.

·       Direct customer contact will comprise a major portion of this assignment.

·       Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Bachelors - MBA or graduate degree.

·       8+ years of sales experience with service providers, preferably mobile carriers.

·       Specific examples of closing large, strategic complex deals.

·       Strong leadership skills in a large direct, partner led and global teaming environment.

·       Selling Cisco Mobility solutions, IP routing, and Video solutions.

·       Requires understanding of Tier 1 carrier buying cycles.

·       Developing customer relationships.

·       Understanding of Network Function Virtualization, Cloud and DevOPS a plus

·       Job Location is critical; account manager needs to be in Seattle, WA area and aligned to the customers current and/or future locations
