Enable field to efficiently/effectively sell EN solutions to facilitate customer success.  Provide actionable insight to stakeholder community facilitating increased market share and expanded addressable market. 
Fast paced, nimble Enterprise Networks team needs help driving EN awareness, influence and enablement with a hyper focus on empowering stakeholders to drive transformational EN engagement with customers.

What You'll Do

Responsible for program management of the Top Target SDA Customer Execution Plan and progress
Orchestration of the “White Glove” Client Engagement Process
1.Establishment of a 24x7 Support Hotline/support team
2.TME engagement with teams from Cat9K, Wireless, APIC-EM, ISE, Prime, UCS (C6K and NX7K teams as well)
3.Set up of Next Generation Architecture Workshops – the team is recommending facilitated SDA discussions led by technical experts
POV Program Management – creation/support of POV process (prescribed & custom POVs (brownfield and greenfield))
Interface into the Technical Project Management Teams assisting with the POVs, facilitate Customer handoffs
Orchestration with other Cisco teams such as Software/Licensing Help Desk, TAC, CPOC, Competitive Teams, etc.
Engagement with WW Partner org for Partner POV Enablement – deployment and support mentoring for scale
Field Sales Interlock
1.Interaction with EN Sales and Geo-based sales champions
2.Collection of feedback, successes, challenges, etc.
3.Field Sales Management engagement for ongoing sponsorship
Executive Readouts
1.Ongoing reviews with Sr leadership – overall progress, Client and Field feedback
2.Communication of metrics – POVs, deployments, CSAT and other KPIs
Management of required investments – headcount, opex, other support, etc.
Partner with Enterprise Networking Strategy, Planning and Ops team to develop and manage metrics and required reporting platforms & tools
Demonstrate ability to work cross functionally in support of business initiatives that drive growth and change, delivering insightful and factual recommendations that impact global teams and overall profitability
