Description Overall Purpose: Responsible for development and implementation of sales program execution activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provides analysis and support on projects that support sales program execution and administration. Responsible for analyzing sales program effectiveness to include root cause analysis, trending and identification of process improvement opportunities for specific work groups. Develops program reports and delivers results for sales organization.

and format reports utilizing pivot tables, queries, complex formulas and macro

with Excel and MS Access or alternate RDBMS required

with Teradata, SQL, VB or SalesForce preferred

Experience: Typically 2 or more years experience. Supervisory: No.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Ability to clear a background check and drug test

+ Ability to communicate clearly

+ The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

+ Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax

+ Previous project management experience
