Who You'll Work With:

Sales Business Development Manager (SBDM) for Data Center and Cloud. In this Global Role you'll be focused on Partner GTM, Channel Program management, Channel Enablement, with a strong emphasis on Service Providers, ISV's, Hybrid Cloud, Hardware and Software solutions. What You'll Do: We need a new, visionary SBDM to help take our team to full staff. If people know you as a charismatic technology leader who has a consistent track record working on multiple projects in multiple channel roles, then you’re just the visionary we’re looking for. As SBDM, you’ll have ample opportunity to work with customers, partners and alliance vendors to craft the Channel and GTM development of a New Open Systems based Hybrid Cloud solution, along with ISV’s, Analytics, AI, and Deep Learning.  You’ll craft a business development strategy that enables our customers to consume Metal, Containers, and VM’s as a Service, while helping our partners make the transition to Digitization and Cloud. You’ll help the Global Partner Org develop and cultivate our partners in Theater (AMER, APJ, EMEA) into global sales scaling engines. You’ll engage with and influence constituents across the globe in programs, pricing, policies, training, enablement, strategy, vision, and execution for Hybrid IT.

You’re a trusted advisor and visionary who works across boundaries in a matrix-ed environment, bringing people and teams together, inspiring confidence through communication and collaboration. The relationships you build with executives, channels, BU's, and Marketing will be deep and critical to your success. Partners love your inventive nature, which crafts solutions well beyond the scope of traditional IT Channels. Your focus is success, and you know how to build profitable programs that can be measured and metered successfully. You can convey the most complex concepts in the simplest of terms and gain consensus from others in executing your strategy. 

Who You Are:

At minimum, we require: • 5-10 years of experience in customer or partner-centric roles within a fast paced technology environment • General understanding of Cisco Data Center Portfolio and how they inter-operate • Familiarity with Cisco Channel, Reseller, and Disty community • Lead or part of a Channel GTM Team • Additional Value around Cloud Computing concepts, Applications, Coding, Open Systems Software, New Consumption models, and Analytics • BS/BA or MBA in Marketing, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent • Ability to work independently, but part of a team • Some national and international travel required 20%
