What You'll Do

We need a risk manager that has the confidence and charecter to fit into an already established and professional team. You will posses the skills and qualification to be able to enage with all employees within Cisco and maintain our high profile and well established brand. You will have the knowledge to design security solutions and identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities, be able to provide a balanced data analysis and justification on cost expenditure where a value proposition and justification is required. You will be able to lead a team of subject matter experts during incident management events, facilitating a positive outcome for our employees and business. We need a team player and trusted partner and advisor to maintain our excellent level of service, delivery and support.
We will in return, provide you with the support and tools that will enable your personal development and provide you with the opportunity to expand your influence within a dyanamic organisation.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a small but professional team that has EMEAR wide reach and influence. As part of the SSBR team you will work with both internal and external partners and visitors ensuring their time at Cisco is a safe and secure enhancing trust, relationship and branding. You may work with the CEO of EMEAR one minute and the cleaner the next, understanding that both are important to the success of Cisco 

Who You Are

You will be a trusted advisor who will devlop and maintain strong relationships with all those that you engage with within the Cisco environment. Realsiing that the first impression that you make will be a lasting one. Remembering that your role, whilst providing safety and securiy is also about ensuring that the business can function effecively and efficenlty without uneccessary and oppresive restraint. You will be aware of the corporate and department goals and initiatives, actively working towards their acheivement, enahcing the Cisco experience and maintaining shareholder value. You will be a forward thinker, considering the bigger picture and being aware of the changing corporate environment. You will have the ability to know when to provide reasoned input and when to just listen to the story being told.
At a minimum we require:
- 5 years managerial experience 
- 10 years security experience
- BA/BS in the security or managment field
- Certified Protection Professional,  Corporate Security Management Programme or equivalent qualification
- A fluent Russian speaker (nice to have)
