Job Description

Be part of an R&D team that develops wireless communication systems and chipsets using leading WiFi, BT, WiGig 60GHz technologies. This team is part of Intel's mobile wireless communication division.The RF system engineering team is part of an RFIC development group. The team is responsible for defining the RF architecture, requirements and detailed specifications and takes active role in the development of the RF subsystem and circuits from ADC/DAC to Antenna, in multiple projects.The employee will assist the team in various RF system engineering tasks, feasibility, performance study, tradeoff analysis with the supervision of experienced RF system engineers. Additionally, there may be option to take part in RF system research work, in coordination with the academic studies.This role is suitable for an experienced M.Sc. or PhD student in Electrical Engineering, specializing in communications systems and/or RF technology.Our offices are in Petah Tikva.


- M.Sc.EE or PhD Student- B.Sc.EE graduate with experience/knowledge in Matlab and/or ADC is an advantage- Experience as practical engineer is an advantage- Good problem solving and team work capabilities- Excellent English- Available for at least 20 hours per week
