Job Description

As a ROC Manufacturing Specialist at Intel, you will be in charge of a specific area, containing dozens of different factory tools. Your mission will be to ensure the effective and simultaneous operation of the tools, while maximizing quality, utilization and output. Control and monitoring will be carried out through highly sophisticated systems. You will be responsible to perform remote troubleshooting and complex tasks in order to manipulate lots per line needs. You will also be required to track and anticipate downtime activities and different kind of obstacles in order to address them ASAP and prevent significant factory impact. All of this will be carried out while holding constant coordination with various factors and stakeholders (maintenance, engineering, etc…).

Qualifications

  • Minimum BA/PE degree
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills - Ability to sustain a constant tight cooperation in a shared open space with many peers and stakeholders. Ability to overcome conflicts through constructive confrontations.
  • Remote communication skills - Ability to influence and deliver clear messages in remote mode.
  • Accountability and proactive approach - Ability to work independently, initiate plans and promote them to loop closure.
  • Multi-Tasking and integrative thinking - Ability to manage parallel tasks and respond to simultaneous events with the same level of urgency.
  • Analytical skills - Ability to draw conclusions, set priorities, make fast decisions and implement robust solutions.
  • System and technical intuition - Ability to work with numerous automated systems and user interfaces.
  • Attention to details - Ability to master vast dynamic data quickly and punctually.
  • Resilience - Ability to perform under reasonable stress and tight schedules.
  • Learning skills (autodidact) - Ability to learn new disciplines independently, quickly and thoroughly.
  • Good English level (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
  • Ability to work shifts
