Cisco Refresh is an evolution of the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment (CCRE) program. Leveraging the circular economy, the Cisco Refresh brand forms the cornerstone of a range of value-added lifecycle solutions for our Partners and customers, including but not limited to remanufacturing and selling pre-owned Cisco equipment.


<b>The Team</b>

Sale of Cisco pre-owned equipment is a $3B market. The Cisco Refresh organization is driving aggressive sales and growth targets to become the #1 or #2 player in this market. The Cisco Refresh organization is like a small startup and consists of a dynamic team that is responsible for all aspects of the business such as Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, IT, Sales, and Marketing.


<b>Role & Responsibilities</b>

This position entails work to reduce product Dead-On-Arrival rates by solving customer issues, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action in the factory. Collect data, analyze quality problems, and ensure closure of customer issue. Report quality status and trends.

 

● Work closely with Customer Service team to understand and quickly resolve each customer reported issue.

● Work with repair partner(s) to root cause each reported issue and take appropriate corrective action to prevent future failures.

● Assist in pulling together quality performance data/metrics and feedback to be presented to repair partner(s) at business/operations review meetings.

● Support quality audits, review remanufacturing practices, and collaborate with Test Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing sites to leverage and adopt best practices for repair processes.


<b>Minimum Qualifications</b>

● Degree in an Engineering / Technical Major

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Great MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

● Good presentation skills


<b>Desired Skills</b>

● Out-of-box thinker who can effectively use and improve existing business processes

● Self-starter with passion for results

● 1-2 years of work experience in related field preferred
