Date: Jan 3, 2018 Location: Bellevue, WA, US Company: Ericsson Job Summary We are now looking for a Radio Access Networks (RAN) Build Project Manager. Your purpose is to manage assigned customer network build projects in market(s) to ensure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled & that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. Responsibilities & Tasks Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events Manage project finance: ensure financial system monitoring Develop the business: participate to contract preparation & to pre-sales meeting Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods & tools with innovative ideas Key Qualifications: Education: College degree or equivalent experience Minimum Experience: 5 to 7 years of Project management experience 5 to 7 years RAN Network deployment/ rollout experience Additional Requirements: 7 years of RF Engineering experience, a plus Project Manager certification, a plus Strong project financials experience ($2Million plus) Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Planning & organizing Contract management 3rd pp suppliers management experience Proficiency with the English Language Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
