Job Description

Intel Corporate services is looking for a talented, social, experienced and hardworking individual to support small projects and space planning management in its R&D campus in Jerusalem.

Small projects management: Lead and manage small projects from initiation, design, construction, handover.

The project manager is responsible for clients, operation and contractors management & interface.

Space planning: Space planning will include managing and allocating space Offices & Labs for Intel internal organizations.

The scope will also include Headcount Information management and space allocations management of all departments short term & long term planning.


Student for a 2nd Degree in Industrial Engineering/Management/ Business Administration/ Logistics/ Civil Engineering, with a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or a Construction related discipline.
At least 4 semesters left till graduation.
At least 4 working days a week availability.
High-level of English and Hebrew, Written and verbally.
Ability to transfer requirements into project scope.
Strong negotiation skills.
Positive strong leadership and a can-do attitude.
The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in a highly dynamic environment with minimum business-interruptions.
Must be able to prioritize, multitask, manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent inter-personal communications skills and full understating of business & our work impact on it, while demonstrating high level of accuracy and diplomacy.
