Job Description

This is a contract position with an employment period of two (2) years. No relocation package or permanent visa sponsorship is available for this position.

  • Manage the budget and spend tracking and consolidation of matters, lead the processes of generating spend reports and assist in presentations to management on monthly basis.
  • Generate and maintain various periodical business operations metric reports include but not limited to project activity tracker, project inventory reports, and monthly status reports.
  • Facilitate e-billing invoice approval, vendor assignment, and assist e-billing system troubleshooting by working with Intel attorneys, outside counsel and online database vendors.
  • Drive the new vendor registration procedure by using Intel's Supplier Database, monitor contract and subscription renewals, and raise purchase orders and eChecks.
  • Lead the matter creation and maintenance in legal matter management database, and participate in Legal department's operations software and tool selection and evaluation.



Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum of two years full time experience in a business operations analyst role.
  • A demonstrated advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel Macro is required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of e-billing system, matter management database, and Visual Basic for Applications VBA are highly preferred.
