<b>What You'll Do</b>

The Nexus Data Center group is looking for a motivated and experienced (PLPM) individual to drive the overall cost management and product lifecycle from TTQV to EOL.

This PLPM role is highly visible and will influence Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing and Finance senior management in determining strategy and execution of several product solutions in worldwide manufacturing.

This vital individual will oversee key areas including; Engineering change Management, Product Quality and Cost, sustaining escalations (i.e. line stop resolution, CAP accounts, AVL management, manufacturing process improvement).  Orchestrate EOL Strategy and Planning development with integrated product team, Risk management (multi-source tech assessment, component, cost variance, supply chain review over product lifecycle).  In this role, you will oversee action planning for product field performance (quality) and drive game changing initiatives focused on healthy gross margins.

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>
In this highly visible role, you will be getting an amazing and unique opportunity to work very closely with HW/SW Engineering, Product Engineers, Marketing, OPT team members, GSM, Services, Manufacturing Ops, Global Planning & Fulfillment, Finance and EMS partners as well as driving regular discussions at different forums such as IPT, OPT, Quality etc.

<b>Who You Are</b>
You need to have good analytics, decision making and strong communication skills to influence others.

In addition, our minimum requirements for this role are:
5+ years supply chain experience
3+ years program management experience

Strong understanding of Product Quality related issues (such as driving Umpires/Field notices), LTB process, Change Management, E&O, EOS/EOL strategy, Value Engineering, PHI/LTB/Inventory Dashboard Management, Compliance etc.

Preferred-  3 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Program Management
