In this role, the Project Manager will provide support to our Global Virtual Sales and Customer Success VP, his Leadership Team, and the Strategy and Planning department.

 What You’ll Do

 Key responsibilities include using project management experience and skills to plan and execute a multi-faceted array of priorities for the team; managing, executing and continuing to develop an ongoing communications plan; organizing team offsite events; driving a regular cadence of business reviews and team meetings with the core team and their stakeholders; coordinating and managing special projects and key initiatives as needed; planning and assistance with a learning program for individual contributors; developing content and messaging for various presentations and communications for a variety of audiences.

 In this role you will need to be proactive, highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple tracks of work at the same time, and knowledgeable of market trends and business priorities. It is necessary for the PM to work independently, ask the right questions, handle asks from the various stakeholders, and manage time effectively both for self and for the team, as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team.

 Expectations include attending weekly syncs, monthly staff meetings, and quarterly Senior Leadership Team meetings/off-sites as needed.

·         Update a comprehensive project plan for the Organization’s VP, Directors, and team members. Track milestones, events, granular action items, key priorities, and keep team on track to deliver commitments on time. Involves use of several PM tools both software and cloud-based.

  • Manage and continuously update a communication plan that integrates a schedule, communication channels, and audience identification for the Organization. Execute on the communication plan in the form of email communication, OneMob Video script writing, Jive site updates.
  • Plan offsite event logistics such as booking meeting rooms, A/V and WebEx/TP needs, venue sourcing, catering and evening activities. Build agenda and organize content with presenters. Develop templates and send communications as needed.
  • Assists SLT in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology (WebEx, TP) based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post meeting action item lists.
  • Supports Directors’ by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Answers general questions as necessary and refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure proper disposition. 
  • Provides analytical support to assist SLT on special projects. Researches issues, analyzes problems, compiles data, and prepares reports. 

 Who You Are

·         BA/BS degree and /or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

·         Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must. 

·         Collaborative style, with excellent teamwork

·         Champions improvements. Solves problems and makes decisions. Demonstrates leadership

·         Works in an organized and disciplined manner. Very detail-oriented. Proactive by nature.
