What You'll Do

As a Workplace Resources Program Manager you will lead a portfolio of Workplace Resources (WPR) programs and projects across multiple theaters and multiple services. You will work with Service Owners to define the objectives of the program and then will be responsible for:

  • Leading the scope, schedule and budget for programs with support of the Service Owners.
  • Working with clients to manage their expectations and drive deliverables with the support of cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Ensuring the alignment of the processes used to deliver programs with WPR standard delivery processes.
  • Supporting communications regarding status of programs.

Who You'll Work With

As a Program Manager, you will be a member of WPR Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. GDO leads RE, Construction, FM and EH&S services globally. You will collaborate with Regional WPR Delivery teams in all theaters and partner with IT, Finance and business functions to deliver programs.

Who You Are

You are a program manager with who has worked in a technology focused, fast paced and dynamic environment. You are comfortable with analyzing data and using metrics to substantiate recommendations and decision-making. It is helpful that you have a background in facility planning or building design / architecture or construction. You have the ability to drive creative solutions, manage through change and communicate to multiple partners to delivery programs successfully.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of experience in program management or MS/MA
  • A background in facility planning, building design / architecture or construction is desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
