What´s on Offer: 
We are currently offering a Program Marketing Internship within the Cisco Networking Academy program to support our Operations in Netherlands.

The NetAcad Program is one of the large scale deployment projects globally which operates in 170 countries, has 9500+ Academies, 20.000+ Instructors, 1,2M+ cumulative students per year. The program requires the expansion of the existing partner eco system as well as the dedicated set up of a project team. In the Netherlands, the Digitalization Acceleration Netherlands project (DAN) just started. Cisco will significantly contribute to closing the digital skills gap.


What you will do:

·      To contribute in defining Communication and Marketing strategy and executing it

·      Maintaining and updating NetAcad website, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels

·      Localization of education contents and marketing communications from English to Dutch

·      Support and drive communication activities as mailings, post event metrics & reports

·      Develop and manage potential and existing Cisco Academy contacts

·      Coordinate and support event logistics as stock management, warehouse & shipment coordination, branding material production

·      Event onsite support when needed

·      Support marketing initiatives and communication activities for press releases and newsletters

·      To work on data – analysis and checks on data-sets.


What we look for:

·      Bachelor level student studying Marketing Communications, Media, Marketing or similar subject

·      PR & communications, business economics or other social sciences departments. 

·      A self-starter with a can-do attitude who is conscientious and proactive, with the ambition and energy to succeed in a fast-moving and dynamic international organization

·      Good communication and writing skills

·      Passion for technology, education and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

·      Have the ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues

·      Good understanding of project planning methods, prioritization and time management skills

·      Enjoys working to tight deadlines in a high pressured environment

·      Excellent English & Dutch language skills
