Role & Responsibilities
● Lead cross-functional program teams in the planning, definition and execution of programs within the TMG portfolio with a focus on hardware development and qualification.
● Drive definition and closure of project requirements, project plans/schedules, and resource needs. Serve as a primary owner of program commitments.
● Actively manage program risk, provide consistent program status and progress against objectives.

● Manage projects that involve significant technical & business complexity requiring communication, collaboration and conflict resolution across various organizations within Cisco.

● Coordinate with Cisco’s optics suppliers to drive activities and issue resolution related to optics module qualification.

● Work collaboratively with TMG Product Operations, Central Engineering, and other Program Management teams.  Conduct or participate in weekly internal status meetings. Review and execute Customer Satisfaction improvement action plans.

Minimum Qualifications
● B.S or higher degree in an Electrical or Computer Engineering Discipline required.
● Eight-years of previous Engineering program management experience

● 3+ years Pluggable Optics Development program management experience

● ASIC Development program management experience highly desired

● Good written and personal communication skills.

● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong technical and analytical skills.

● MS Excel, Project, and Powerpoint skills required.
