Program Manager - Digital RTM

What you’ll do

As the Program Manager for the Cisco’s Volume Play Initiative, you will be driving activities to enable a new digital marketplace piloting in the APJ region. As a liason for Cisco’s broader marketplace strategy, you will be in a highly visible role across functions and countries in the region. In partnership with the regional and global execution teams, you will be responsible for translating the ongoing business strategy and outcomes into actionable deliverables. You will be the voice of the APJ region across the operations architecture team.

This role is highly cross-functional and will require rigorous collaboration, with a focus on active listening and connecting a wide range of teams and ideas across the company in a constructive manner, whilst driving focus and local execution.


  • Evaluating risk, feasibility, time-to-value, potential conflicts or overlaps, and strategic alignment of transformation proposals with mindful consideration of business architecture, policy, and IT requirements
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops to drive alignment, identify localization requirements and corresponding enablement activities
  • Running working sessions to identify critical strategic decisions and capability requirements that must be addressed
  • Presenting assessment findings and recommendations to senior leadership in order to drive rapid, informed decision making
  • Connecting executive decisions with appropriate functional and management teams for further action
  • Conducting regular reviews with executive leadership and the community of contributing operational teams to drive decision making with speed and clarity


Who You’ll Work With

You will work with cross functional stakeholders from APJ Sales, Partner Organization, Legal and Operations; the focus will be in building value based relationships at senior management levels; You will closely partner with the Global Operations teams to ensure alignment to key transformation priorities and capabilities; 

Who you are

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Management Consulting, Finance, Operations Management, or Strategy/Planning, preferably with one or more large technology companies
  • Bachelor's Degree with business process and capability management experience. MBA Preferred;
  • Strong business process knowledge to understand end to end business solutions.
  • Proven communication, leadership skills to influence and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong program and delivery management skills with the ability to work cross functionally and geographically
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into core issues, create common understanding, and drive informed decision making
