The WW Sales organization is looking for our next game changing team member. The Product Sales Specialist for Cisco SD-WAN in the UK, is responsible to structure and manage the sales operations in the territory and represent Cisco with customers, business partners and influencers to profile Cisco SD-WAN as the leading SDWAN solution vendor in the market. The PSS' responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. PSS duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
PSS responsibilities to include:
• Representing the Cisco's interests in the UK market and resulting relationships with customers, partners and influencers;
• Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts;
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, including a go to market focus, prime business partners and target customers;
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and business partner relationships;
• Representing Cisco SD-WAN at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
• Define an organizational structure to support the expected growth and presence of Cisco SD-WAN in the territory, identifying a pipeline of resources to ensure controlled growth; 
• Overseeing the initial presales hire as well as subsequent staff hired to support the execution in the territory.

<b>Who You Are</b> 
You have:                                                    
• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets, in start-up environments                                                                    
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level decision making level
• Proven ability to understand and drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
