Who You'll Work With

We are looking for a highly motivated product manager with strong routing/switching experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills to join Greater China sales architecture team, working as a regional PM role for 300M+USD business, close alignment with BU and Account Teams, taking ownership of product GTM strategies, new product landing,sales/partner enablement in the sales process. In this exciting team you will be empowered to make a difference, establish industry reputation and position yourself for career growth
Will work with direct sales team, Cisco Corp, BU, Partner sales, marketing, Ops, Finance and Cisco senior leadership team.

What You'll Do

-Responsible for DC Switching and SP Routing business in Greater China

-Analyze market trends, identify and understand the opportunity and problem, develop and execute Product GTM strategies to promote existing products, accelerate new product landing, adoption and growth

-Lead product launch activities to promote new products to customers/partners/acct teams

-Work closely with BU in US and SE/Acct Managers to drive product business growth by achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals

-Along with sales planning, to be responsible for accurate product business forecasting, planning

-Work with channel team to develop and enable specialist partners develop selling resources for partners and Cisco account teams, Work with TME to lead competitive analysis,

Who You Are

-Well know market and selling modeVery good communication skill in English with WW team on daily basis

-Very good communication skill and relationship development with sales team/partners/customers

-Pro-active attitude

-Networking technical background is highly preferred

-Must have both the sales skills and networking technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process

-BA degree - MBA or graduate degree preferred
