Job Description

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/ or work experience. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • The candidate must have a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and related with 3 months of experience on timing and power.

Minimum 3 months of experience in the following:

  • RTL VHDL or Verilog coding.
  • VLSI process technology for deep submicron.
  • Digital design skills.
  • Static/dynamic power estimation, thermal correlation and thermal solution design.
  • Performance evaluation and speed / power tradeoffs of large scale integrated circuits. 
  • Scripting languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge / Experience with:

  • Programmable logic & FPGA architecture knowledge is a plus.

Our responsibilities include:

  •  Production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problem  device specification and yield problems minor redesign of devices and masks analysis of customer returns and optimizing device production relative to cost constraints.
  • Assumes responsibility for device after transfer into high volume production and usually responsible for entire device manufacturing operations other than wafer fabrication.
  • May assist customer in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices.
  • Plans and schedules daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement based on standard practices.
