Intel invites you to bring your experience in product development to our MVE (Manufacturing Validation Engineering) group at Haifa Campus.

About the role:

As an experienced Product development engineer at MVE you will be working on the organization's core products, holding an important role in leveraging the connection of Manufacturing to Design and Architecture, translating designs into products. The unique combination of HW and SW will ensure daily technological challenges in a variety of working environments.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be engaged at Intel CPU design and manufacturing process starting tech readiness through design and manufacturing stages of Intel products. During Tech Readiness pre-silicon phase, you will define, document, and perform Design for Testing DFT and functionality validation. You will write test plans and test vectors for different design blocks, scripts to improve test efficiency and evaluate test content generation. During post-silicon phases, you will perform, Silicon testing, Silicon debug, Design validation, parametric Silicon testing and characterization. You will work closely with designers and fellow Product Development Engineers to execute, optimize and improve test coverage and product cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

You should have:

  • BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and proved experience in the relevant domain.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end product manufacturing development process and ability to work with validation, yield, process and test program teams to solve various product issues.
  • Knowledge of IO protocols, DFT architectures, and design specs.
  • Knowledge in industrial standards and practices of DFT and design validation including ATPG, JTAG, functional validation and RTL simulation debug tools.
  • Self-driven and strong team player

Advantage:

  • Experience in programming/scripting languages as: Python, Perl, C++, Verilog
  • Data mining background and experience in using SQL or JMP or other industry statistics tools
  • Background in Automated Test Equipment and Testing Methodologies
  • Experience in building project plans and interfacing with external product stakeholders
