Job Description
Principal Engineers at Intel are active technical leaders inside and outside the company. Activities include participation in major industry and academic conferences, voting membership in international standards committees, generation of patents and technical papers. Note - This job code can only be assigned if an employee has participated in an official Technical Leadership Program (TLp) nomination process for his/her business group. An employee's manager must confirm participation in TLp nomination process prior to job code assignment.

1. Good understanding in SOC architecture, Hardware/Software paritioning, Requirement to Architecture to Implmentation to Manufacturing process need to be lead by Principal Architect. Tool expertise: Adobe Frame Maker Structed XML, Visio, Mercurial, Polarion, Smartbear Collaborator, Synopsys Plaform Architect are required for CHD project work. 2. Well versed with System-C, C, C++ coding. Candidate is expected to have profound depth & solid analytical insights into topics like networking protocols (TCP, UDP,..), interfce types like USB, PCIE, SATA, eMMC, SDXC, WiFi as well as WAN technologies like DSL, PON, DOCSIS, LTE/3G/4G/5G would be desired surplus in the qualification. Expertise with embedded Processors (ARM, MIPS, ATOM) and realted architectures, system integration and software environments. SOC level Security knowledge and familiar with INTEL SDL process. 3. PhD/Master degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent 4. 8 years+ experience in design & architecture of embbedded SOCs
